1. Never use FEDEX, UPS, DHL or TNT to send back the goods to us, we prefer you to send via normal post or EMS. Please write on the envelope ELECTRONIC WARRANTY and mark the declared value as 15 USD. We will not be responsible for paying any customs taxes if you do not follow this instruction.
 
2. If you send back the goods for fixing, pls send only one phone and one battery, without sending back the back covers, memory cards, SIM cards, boxes, cables or any other spare parts, because it can reduce the shipping cost.
 
3. If you send back the goods for exchange, pls send back everything you received from us and make sure the goods are completely new.
 
4. No matter you send back the goods for fixing or exchange, please pack the goods well and write down the problems of the goods, your requirements, the return address, your phone number and email address clearly on a piece of paper and put it into the envelop which you are going to send back. The work will be delayed if there is some information missing and we will not be responsible if the goods are damaged because it is not well packed.

5. If you send back the goods to us, you have to pay for the shipping cost. And If the goods are really needed to be repaired or exchanged, we will pay for the shipping cost to deliver the goods back to you. If the returned product is found NOT DEFECTIVE, we will return the original working parts to you at your expense for the return shipping cost.

6. We will not offer free warranty or exchange if the cover of the goods are already opened.   7. We will only be responsible for warranty products (accessories are not included) which are purchased directly from our website.
