All phones enjoy 1 year warranty from the date of item arrival. Accessories are not included in warranty. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental, any unauthorized repair or tampering, will not be covered. Malfunctioning within 7 days after receiving the item: All the items are tested in good condition before sending out to buyers. If buyer found the item is malfunctioning or dead on arrival, please inform us with 7 days after receiving the item. If we confirmed replacement is needed, we will cover the shipment charge for sending out the replacement to buyer. Buyer will be responsible for returning fee. Malfunctioning after 7 days and within warranty period: No handling charge is needed for repairing. Buyer is responsible for both returning fee and shipment charge for sending out the repaired item to buyer. Payment refund within 7 days after receiving the item: If seeking a payment refund within 7 days after receiving the item, please inform us. After we confirmed, buyer need to return the item within 1 week. No restock fee is charged if the item returned in good condition and original packaging. Shipping charge is non-refundable.
